Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth within a named list of enterprise accounts aligned to one of Behavox's core verticals: Banking and Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, Private Equity, or Commodities. You own the full commercial sales lifecycle for the Behavox Controls Platform, including AE-led outbound prospecting, qualification, value articulation to C-suite and functional buyers, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
You will manage complex enterprise sales cycles averaging nine months with deal sizes of $200K+. Your responsibilities include:
• Enterprise outbound prospecting and pipeline creation within a named account list, leveraging direct AE-led prospecting in partnership with SDR and Marketing teams to engage both executive and functional stakeholders.
• End-to-end enterprise deal ownership, executing the full commercial sales process from initial engagement through negotiation and close on high-value opportunities.
• Value-based selling by articulating how the Behavox Controls Platform supports enterprise risk reduction, operational efficiency, and control effectiveness, aligning platform capabilities to customer strategic objectives, economic outcomes, and executive priorities.
• Commercial negotiation, deal governance, and CRM hygiene—leading pricing discussions, managing contract execution within approval frameworks, and maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasting in HubSpot.
• Post-signature account ownership, retaining commercial responsibility for the account and partnering with Customer Success to support adoption, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
You bring deep knowledge of enterprise executive buying behavior in regulated financial institutions, vertical-specific business and regulatory drivers, complex enterprise sales economics, and account lifecycle value realization. You understand how senior business leaders evaluate strategic investments and how to align customer objectives to commercial outcomes.
