Front is seeking an Account Executive to join its Dublin-based Go-To-Market team, covering the EMEA region with a focus on UK & Ireland outbound efforts. You will own the full new business sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation—selling Front's AI-powered customer operations platform to B2B enterprises. The role involves managing inbound leads across EMEA while driving outbound pipeline generation in the UKI region through cold outreach, sequencing, and marketing-led events.
You'll report directly to the Director of EMEA Sales, giving you visibility and influence over regional GTM strategy. Front's 98% CSAT score and 9,000+ customer base (including Uber Freight, Navan, Stripe) mean you're selling a proven, high-value product. The company has doubled YoY growth and is investing in sales infrastructure to sustain momentum.
Key responsibilities include: owning the end-to-end sales cycle; coordinating cross-functional resources for prospect success; maintaining pipeline forecasts in Gong/Salesforce; executing innovative outbound motions toward monthly self-sourced pipeline targets; staying current on product capabilities and competitive positioning; and hitting/exceeding quarterly quota.
Required: 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (customer support/helpdesk solutions preferred); demonstrated pipeline generation via outbound prospecting; consistent quota overachievement; strong communication and organizational skills; professional English fluency. EMEA market experience and secondary language proficiency (French preferred) are pluses.
