This is a full-cycle sales role focused on net-new logo acquisition in the Commercial segment. You will own a revenue number and build pipeline from first meeting through close, selling Vercel's front-end cloud and developer experience to engineering leaders and developers at modern, digital-native companies. You'll connect Vercel's technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes like speed, conversion, productivity, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include: owning net-new revenue targets; building pipeline in partnership with BDRs and through self-generated outbound prospecting; developing territory and account plans; running end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close; maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy; partnering with Solutions Architects and Customer Success on evaluations and handoffs; staying current on product and competitive landscape; and using sales tools like Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.
You'll work closely with Solutions Architects, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The team is based in the London office three days per week, with a move to a new space in King's Cross planned. Vercel values technical fluency, commercial acumen, and deep curiosity about customers. The company has a strong preference for growing talent internally, offering a clear path to larger scopes and leadership over time.
Ideal candidates are top performers with a history of success in pipeline generation, opportunity management, and closing customers. You should be coachable, collaborative, team-first, passionate about customer problems, and motivated by curiosity and hunger. Bonus experience includes hyper-growth company exposure, product-led growth background, or front-end software development knowledge.
