As an Account Executive, Commercial, you will own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through close. You'll target small to medium-sized businesses with 11-30 vehicles, generating pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads from the account development team. Typical deal sizes range from $5k to $20k and often involve proof of concepts, multiple stakeholders, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to owners, safety, and operational managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts
- Generate pipeline through high-volume cold calling and strategic outbound prospecting
- Handle transactional sales processes with high volume demands

You should have at least 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role. Ideal candidates demonstrate a proven track record of consistent quota achievement, experience selling commercial small-to-medium deal sizes, comfort with high-volume cold calling, and familiarity with Salesforce. You'll need innate curiosity about how businesses operate, a willingness to learn complex sales processes, and a collaborative growth mindset.
