Spiko is a treasury management infrastructure platform founded in 2023 that provides SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs with institutional-grade cash management solutions via app or API. The company processes hundreds of millions of euros in flows monthly across Europe and is backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.
As the first dedicated Account Executive for the CGP (Conseiller en Gestion de Patrimoine) and Family Office channel, you will own Spiko's distribution strategy within the wealth management ecosystem. This is a strategic, high-leverage role building a new channel from scratch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and signing CGP firms, multi-family offices, and networks to distribute Spiko's products to their corporate clients
- Managing the full sales cycle independently from cold outreach through contract signature and partner activation
- Onboarding and activating new partners, supporting them in pitching Spiko, and ensuring consistent AUM generation
- Developing deep market expertise in the CGP landscape, regulatory constraints, and wealth management decision-making dynamics
- Gathering partner and prospect insights to inform product decisions and go-to-market strategy
- Tracking performance metrics and reporting to the Head of Sales and founders
Required qualifications: 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in asset management, fintech, or financial services. You must have existing relationships within the CGP ecosystem and understand how CGPs operate, select products, and navigate regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is extremely ambitious, entrepreneurial, capable of running full sales cycles independently, resilient, and a native French speaker fluent in English.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience selling to or within CGP/family office structures, experience at a tier-1 startup or fast-growing fintech, and graduation from a top academic institution.
