Salary: USD 52,000 - 130,000 / annual
WeTravel is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the North American market. You'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls through product demos, closing deals, and customer handoff to onboarding. The role focuses on building relationships with multi-day tour operators and group travel businesses, understanding their unique needs, and positioning WeTravel's platform as their solution.
Key responsibilities include outbound prospecting via email and phone, delivering engaging product demonstrations, managing your sales pipeline in HubSpot, following up with qualified leads, and collaborating with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth customer transitions. You'll also gather client feedback to share with product and marketing teams, and consistently meet sales targets including outreach, demo, and revenue goals.
You should have experience in inside sales with a full sales cycle, natural confidence on the phone, and comfort with high-volume outreach. B2B SMB sales experience is a bonus, as is familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. Travel industry experience or networks are highly valued. You'll be self-driven, solution-oriented, and willing to travel up to 10% for client visits.
Compensation includes a $52,000 USD base salary with uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: $100,000 USD; Year 2 OTE: $130,000 USD). Benefits include unlimited paid time off, an annual 2-4 week trip to Amsterdam headquarters, extensive paid family leave, three paid volunteer days annually, and a structured 2-week onboarding program. You'll work full-time under a B2B contractor agreement with monthly USD payments. Candidates must have full legal right to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
