As an Account Executive in Belgium, you will drive new business development and manage key customer relationships for the B2B health insurance segment. Your core responsibilities include educating prospects on Alan's integrated health model, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and guiding companies through the sales process and onboarding. You will own the full sales cycle and be directly accountable for closing strategic opportunities.
Alan emphasizes a "Smart & Soft" selling methodology: Smart means using relevant, data-driven messaging and materials; Soft means tailoring high-touch engagement strategies to each prospect's unique needs. The role expects you to view the prospect experience as inseparable from the overall customer experience, making interactions pleasant, instructive, and delightful.
Beyond closing deals, you are expected to think strategically about market growth, challenge internal processes, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the company's competitive position. The Belgium sales team has grown from 0 to 65+ in five years and onboarded 800+ companies; the goal is to become the market leader by 2030.
