As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams. Your mission is to help high-growth companies and enterprises realize the full potential of Rillet's platform, from fast-scaling startups to global enterprises.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Building and refining the GTM playbook—designing sales processes, running message tests, performing ROI analyses, and experimenting with new channels to drive pipeline growth; (2) Executing relentlessly by working cross-functionally to deliver prospect feedback to founders and product teams in real-time, performing strategic outreach to priority accounts, and driving opportunities from SQL to signed deal; (3) Representing Rillet as the face of the company, applying customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure exceptional interactions with finance and accounting experts.
You will need 3–5+ years of AE experience at top-tier SaaS startups with a proven track record closing complex, multi-threaded deals. You should be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who simplifies complex concepts, earns executive sponsorship, and champions customer success. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who hustles, drives initiatives beyond core responsibilities, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be a trusted product expert and customer advocate, guiding clients through evaluations and AI solution adoption. Strategic operators who build pipeline, quantify business value, and drive measurable ROI are preferred. Detail-oriented collaboration and actionable feedback to internal teams are essential.

The role is hybrid-first, with primary offices in New York City and San Francisco. Office-based team members work in person Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day. Remote candidates based anywhere in the United States are also considered.
