Qualtrics is seeking an Account Executive for its Financial Services Industry team to drive revenue growth through net new customer acquisition and expansion within the financial services sector. The role focuses on selling Qualtrics' Experience Management (XM) platform—a SaaS solution used by over 18,000 global clients—to large, strategic financial services organizations across North America.
You will engage with C-suite, director, and VP-level leaders throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to on-site presentations and deal closure. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic territory plans, creating reliable forecasts, educating clients on platform packages and features, and driving both new logo acquisition and account expansion. You'll work with a complex, versatile platform that serves multiple departments and decision-makers, requiring strategic, analytical selling and consultative deal expertise.
The team emphasizes initiative, entrepreneurial problem-solving, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills. You'll have access to structured career development, including promotion pathways, career action planning with your manager, and internal mobility programs (Qmobility). Success is measured by quota attainment and revenue impact.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of sales experience (ideally 1+ year in SaaS quota-carrying roles), proven track record of exceeding quotas, proficiency with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and willingness to travel as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and is passionate about helping customers understand how Qualtrics' capabilities solve their business challenges.
