Payhawk is a leading global spend management platform combining company cards, reimbursable expenses, and accounts payable into a single product. Headquartered in London with offices across Europe and North America, Payhawk serves fast-growing and mature multinational companies in 32 countries, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners and Greenoaks. As an Account Executive based in Paris, you will drive new business growth by identifying and closing enterprise deals with mid-market to large organizations (300+ employees). Your responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities through cold outreach, strategic email, social selling, and networking; conducting discovery calls to understand customer pain points and quantify business impact; qualifying leads and researching prospect needs; delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to senior executives; building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers; managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure; and maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce. You will also spend approximately 20% of your time expanding and upselling a defined portfolio of existing accounts. Success requires consistently exceeding individual sales targets and performance metrics while ensuring smooth handoffs to the account management team. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of generating cold outbound pipeline, closing multiple six-figure ARR deals, and selling to large enterprises. You should demonstrate top-performer credentials, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a highly organized approach. Fluency in English (C1 level) and native-level French are essential for this Paris-based role.
