MOO is a 400+ person design-led technology company founded in 2006, headquartered in London with offices across the US (Boston, East Providence, Denver). The company creates print and digital products for businesses of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to independent creators.
MOO's Business Services division provides an online platform enabling businesses to create and scale branded print products and custom merchandise. The team seeks an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the UK and Europe, reporting to a UK-based Sales Manager.
As Account Executive, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective business clients, responsible for discovery, product demonstrations, and onboarding. Key responsibilities include:
• Serve as first human contact with business customers, introducing MOO's service, design, and product offerings
• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand client needs and deliver thoughtful, value-driven proposals
• Qualify opportunities accurately and make strong recommendations with accurate forecasting
• Onboard new client accounts for first orders and subscriptions, facilitating seamless handoff to Account Managers or Customer Success
• Deliver live platform demonstrations, provide product samples, and educate prospects on offerings
• Maintain deep product knowledge to present creative recommendations
• Collaborate with internal design team to ensure client designs translate beautifully to print and merchandise
• Maintain accurate CRM records to enable team collaboration
• Manage pipeline of prospects and recently onboarded accounts with active outbound engagement
• Achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targets
• Source leads through outbound calls and messaging to target markets
• Meet daily outbound activity requirements (35+ calls)
• Provide accurate monthly forecasting to sales leadership
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with sales manager
• Engage actively in team meetings and department strategy sessions
Ideal candidate has 2-3 years customer-facing or sales experience, strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You are goal-oriented, coachable, professional, and enjoy advisory roles helping clients solve problems creatively. Background or interest in design and print is valued.
