We are seeking an Account Executive to join our London office and drive growth for MOO Business Services. You will be the first human contact for prospective business clients, introducing them to our service, design, and product offerings. This role combines new business development with account onboarding, requiring you to build rapport quickly, conduct in-depth discovery conversations, and present thoughtful, value-driven proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new business customers, introducing MOO's full range of services and products
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective client needs and present tailored recommendations
- Manage a pipeline of prospect and recently onboarded accounts, actively contacting leads from multiple channels
- Deliver live product demonstrations and facilitate sample orders to educate prospects
- Onboard new clients for their first orders and subscriptions, then transition them to Account Managers or Customer Success
- Maintain deep product knowledge to make creative, consultative recommendations
- Maintain accurate CRM records to enable team collaboration and excellent client experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targets
You will work within a sales team structure that includes Account Executives, Account Managers, and a Sales Manager, all collaborating to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- Relevant full-cycle sales experience in an account management or similar role
- Strong sales skills and moderate to advanced business acumen
- Ability and motivation to make 35+ outbound calls per day
- Highly organized with ability to manage high inbound lead flow, opportunity pipelines, and customer onboarding simultaneously
- Proactive prospecting mindset; preference for busy, action-oriented work
- Advisory mindset with ability to help clients solve problems creatively
- Comfort operating in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to embrace challenges and try new approaches
- Strong team collaboration and peer-learning orientation
Nice to Have:
- Previous prospecting and/or new business onboarding experience
- Knowledge of design or print industry
- Salesforce experience
- Bilingual capabilities
