As an Account Executive, you'll report to the Director of Sales and own a territory focused on mid-market and enterprise homebuilders. You'll be responsible for building and managing your own business with support from Business Development, Solution Consulting, and Growth Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective builders through virtual engagement, industry events, and partner channels
- Guiding prospects through the sales process and helping them understand Higharc's operational impact
- Partnering with Solution Consultants on technical discovery and workflow mapping
- Developing and presenting compelling business case analyses demonstrating value and ROI
- Leading solution and pricing conversations to advance deals
- Traveling 15-25% of the time for industry events and customer engagement
You bring 6+ years of enterprise or upper-mid-market sales experience with a proven track record of multi-threading and building consensus across stakeholders. You have experience selling disruptive or transformative technology into traditional industries. You're an empathetic innovator with strong project management and communication skills. You're comfortable with Salesforce, Gong, AI agents, Outreach, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
