Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, targeting enterprise security leaders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs).
You will build and execute a strategic territory plan, generating new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner relationships. You'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles by conducting consultative discovery to understand customer business objectives and security challenges, then develop trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements, and work with Marketing on demand-generation activities and industry events.
You'll maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, collaborate with Customer Success on adoption and expansion opportunities, and leverage channel and technology partners to accelerate sales cycles. You'll represent Glow at industry conferences and cybersecurity events.
Required: 5–10+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota. You need demonstrated ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, strong executive presence, and familiarity with cybersecurity platforms (cloud security, data security, identity security, threat detection). You should be proficient in Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), with strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to outcomes.
Preferred: existing relationships in enterprise security organizations, experience at high-growth cybersecurity startups, knowledge of cloud infrastructure and GRC frameworks, and experience closing six-figure to seven-figure transactions.
