DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market deals with 9-12 week sales cycles and contract values in the $50K-$600K range. Your responsibilities include lead qualification and discovery, multi-stakeholder demos, contract negotiation, and closing. You'll generate both inbound and outbound pipeline, collaborate with GTM, partnerships, and marketing teams to expand the funnel, and provide product feedback based on prospect conversations.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals. You should be comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, possess strong analytical and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. While curiosity about finance and accounting is valued, the company will provide domain training.
DualEntry's sales team includes high performers like David Ryan (160% quota attainment in Q1, promoted to Sales Manager) and Sam Bush (first deal closed in 28 days). The culture emphasizes hiring outliers with demonstrated achievement and attracts leaders, competitive athletes, and accomplished professionals.
Compensation includes base salary of $120K-$150K, uncapped commission of $120K-$150K, and $40K-$55K in equity, with total OTE of $260K-$300K. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, mental health support, fertility support, 401(k), commuter benefits, learning budget, unlimited AI tokens, visa sponsorship, and flexible PTO (27 days). The role is hybrid in San Francisco with a collaborative, low-bureaucracy office culture.
