ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the financial crime compliance market. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. You will engage with senior decision-makers at Fintechs, payments companies, traditional banks, and credit unions to qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Key responsibilities include managing your sales pipeline, prioritizing high-value deals, consistently exceeding quarterly quotas, and providing market and product intelligence to internal teams. You will also contribute to onboarding and training junior sales staff through best practice sharing and coaching.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in B2B compliance/regulatory or cloud solutions for financial services. You should demonstrate a proven track record of self-sufficient success closing high-value deals with major brands. Experience with AML, compliance, PEP-sanctions, or transaction monitoring sales is desirable but not required.
You are a self-starter with strong consultative and negotiation skills, comfortable with solution-based selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger). You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, think quickly, and are motivated by ambitious growth targets. Strong communication, team collaboration, and a desire to develop into leadership roles are essential.
