As an Account Executive, you will drive new business opportunities and expand Bevi's customer base within an assigned territory. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through closing deals—targeting offices, hotels, gyms, and other commercial clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and lead generation via cold calling, office walk-ins, networking, and industry events
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored hydration solutions
- Managing the entire sales process from qualification to close, ensuring smooth customer experience
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and operations teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
You'll perform local visits 1–2 days per week and travel approximately 25% of the time. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. You should be able to learn quickly from coaching and performance data, and work effectively with diverse personalities.
