VersaBadge, a Banyan Software portfolio company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the behavioral healthcare market. The company specializes in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) for healthcare operations, currently supporting over 250 hospitals and clinics across the U.S. with solutions that enhance financial health, compliance, caregiver safety, and workforce efficiency.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will own assigned territories within behavioral healthcare and be responsible for building and expanding client relationships through proactive outreach and relationship nurturing. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities through independent research and industry insights, with a focus on expanding revenue streams. Your core responsibilities include leading pipeline development to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, driving targeted marketing initiatives to build demand and brand awareness, and serving as a strategic client advocate to address needs promptly and enhance satisfaction.
This is a multi-faceted role that blends traditional sales with marketing support. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to execute client-centric initiatives, relay customer feedback to product teams to inform enhancements and new product development, and partner with marketing to develop tailored campaigns. You'll also represent VersaBadge at industry conferences, build relationships with channel partners, and cultivate referrals to accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate brings experience in the behavioral healthcare industry, a track record of pipeline development and quota achievement, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions. This is a pivotal growth opportunity as VersaBadge expands into behavioral healthcare—a vital sector where the company's location technology can drive significant operational improvements.
