Aurora Solar is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across European markets including the UK, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal. You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close—helping solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies modernize how they sell, design, and deliver solar projects.
In this hybrid London-based role, you'll own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound demand, and partner-sourced leads. You'll conduct structured discovery conversations that connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes across sales efficiency, design accuracy, and regulatory compliance workflows.
You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution proposals for European customers, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce. Your market insights, customer feedback, and competitive observations will directly influence Aurora's go-to-market strategy, product direction, and European expansion playbook.
Additionally, you'll represent Aurora at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe, helping establish the company's presence in key markets. You'll work alongside a collaborative, ambitious European sales team united by a belief in solar's role in Europe's energy future.
Required: 3–5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of outperforming revenue goals through consultative selling (SaaS/tech preferred). You should have experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, presenting solutions to operations/financial/executive stakeholders, and using CRM systems for pipeline management.
Nice-to-haves include experience in solar, renewable energy, energy technology, construction technology, or field service software; genuine interest in renewable energy; high-growth company or market expansion experience; familiarity with value-based sales methodologies like MEDDPICC; and Salesforce expertise.
Aurora offers comprehensive benefits including work-from-home stipends, flexible paid time off with statutory vacation and sick leave, parental leave, standard laptop, annual healthcare budget through AXA, Wellhub access, and Modern Health mental health resources.
