You will join the new SME sales team, targeting fast-growing eCommerce, SaaS, and Professional Services businesses operating internationally. Your core responsibilities include:
**Pipeline and New Business Generation:**
- Develop territory strategy by prioritizing accounts and identifying key decision-makers, including partner and leadership routes
- Own outbound strategy by building hypotheses about business priorities and pain points, then reaching the right stakeholders
- Execute a proven sales process while iterating based on market feedback and product evolution
- Use MEDDPICC methodology to track deal progress, identify gaps, and forecast accurately
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Coordinate implementation and handover with account management teams, ensuring mutual action plans keep customers aligned and accelerate adoption
- Share customer insights with product teams to influence roadmap priorities
- Partner with marketing on ABM campaigns, competitive positioning, and customer case studies

**Requirements:**
- Ideally 3+ years of B2B software or fintech sales experience, with at least 1 year in an outbound closing role
- Alternatively, 2+ years in outbound lead generation with deliberate upskilling toward closing (describe your transition plan)
