Krea is building next-generation AI creative tools with a foundation model designed for aesthetic diversity and stylistic control. The company has raised over $83M from top-tier investors including a16z and Bain Capital, and operates from a waterfront office in San Francisco with a team of musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers. In this role, you'll establish and own a new B2B sales motion focused on selling Krea's AI models directly to companies building on top of the platform. Your customers are developers and product teams integrating Krea's capabilities into their own products, not individual creators using the app. You'll identify and close deals with companies seeking to use Krea's models via API or as self-hosted open-weight models. This involves understanding what technical teams are building, recommending the right deployment approach (API, self-hosted, or custom licensing), negotiating enterprise terms, and collaborating with product and engineering on non-standard requirements. You'll also provide critical feedback on what's blocking deals—whether pricing, licensing, or missing features—to inform product strategy. The role requires comfort with technical conversations around rate limits, licensing terms, and model architecture. You'll be building process from scratch rather than following an established playbook, making this ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a new revenue stream. Ideal candidates have closed B2B deals to developers or technical teams, sold API or infrastructure products, and can engage engineers directly on technical topics. Experience selling AI models, ML infrastructure, or open-source/open-weight licensing is a plus. Existing relationships in AI startup ecosystems or generative media communities are valuable.
