Diligent is seeking an Account Director to lead sales growth across EMEA's specialty markets division, which serves professional and regulated services firms delivering governance, entity, risk, compliance, and audit services. You will own a defined, high-value territory with a clear mandate to grow net-new revenue and expand within an established base of Diligent relationships.
You'll sell complex, multi-stakeholder software into professional services firms including fund administrators, corporate service providers, management companies (ManCos/AIFMs), law firms, private equity and venture capital firms, trust & fiduciary services, risk advisers, and audit & advisory firms. Diligent's platform is central to how these firms run, scale, and deliver their governance and compliance service lines to their own clients—making it revenue-generating rather than back-office compliance.
Key responsibilities include owning the full commercial cycle across your territory: prospecting, pipeline generation, deal closure, and account expansion. You will leverage your network and market fluency to open doors quickly, run complex multi-stakeholder deals independently, and partner with Diligent's broader field sales team. You'll build credible, senior-level relationships with decision-makers in a governed, compliance-driven world.
The role covers a flexible mandate across key offshore and onshore markets including the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the UK, Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, the Isle of Man, and the Middle East.
