The Account Director will manage strategic relationships with key customers across multiple verticals, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and commercial performance, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable plans aligned with Fetcherr's capabilities, and owning execution of client initiatives and projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. The role requires proactively identifying opportunities to drive additional value through product adoption, feature utilization, and cross-sell initiatives. The Account Director will support contract renewals and commercial discussions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Cross-functional coordination with Product, Program, Tech, Support, and Data Science teams is essential for successful solution delivery and issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client performance metrics, analyzing trends, and providing insights for continuous improvement, as well as representing the client's voice internally to influence product development and service enhancements. The role requires willingness to travel frequently to Genoa, Italy for client meetings, QBRs, and on-site engagements, approximately twice per month.
