Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to build and expand clinical offerings across the Americas, with a focus on supporting clients on the US East Coast. This is a high-impact remote role based in LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico) with significant growth potential as the company identifies new regional clients. The Account Development Manager will drive market awareness and lead generation, delivering qualified meetings to the Business Development team through direct outreach via phone, email, and direct mail. You will develop and implement strategies to build long-term relationships with new and existing clients while establishing best practices for inside sales aligned with company goals. Key responsibilities include: - Execute outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings aligned with agreed KPIs - Review and improve account development processes, messaging, and technologies - Establish production expectations and metrics tied to corporate objectives - Collaborate with BD Leadership on performance review, mentoring, and team development - Conduct territory planning calls with assigned Business Development representatives - Identify and profile ideal account prospects using Citeline, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry news triggers - Map key stakeholders and decision-makers; introduce company differentiators to drive RFP and bid participation - Develop outreach messaging informed by activity data and marketing-generated leads to improve response rates - Create territory and account strategies incorporating industry profiling, pipeline analysis, and therapeutic content - Initiate sales conversations, understand client requirements, and engage BD when prospects are ready for face-to-face meetings - Support conference strategy through pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-up This role offers the opportunity to shape sales processes and grow with the company as it expands its clinical service portfolio across the region.
