Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B division that provides live experiences as a service to corporations, schools, and global brands. The team handles the full journey from sales strategy to global execution, working with internal teams to scale B2B entertainment offerings. As an Account Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline for Fever's corporate ticketing offerings. Your core responsibilities include: • Generate and manage both inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate group ticket sales • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospect qualification through deal closure and payment • Design and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and engagement cadences to improve conversion rates • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting to keep the team aligned • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and the broader Sales team to align campaigns and maximize commercial impact • Track and analyze key performance indicators (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on data insights Success milestones include ramping up on offerings and tools within 3 months, consistently generating qualified opportunities by month 6, and becoming a key revenue driver with a repeatable playbook by month 12, with promotion potential. The role requires someone with a hands-on mindset, sales acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on transforming the live entertainment industry.
