Gradial is hiring its first Account-Based Marketing Manager to build and scale ABM programs that drive engagement and pipeline with strategic enterprise accounts. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of strategy, program design, messaging, channel orchestration, and measurement. You will own 1:1 and 1-to-many ABM programs targeting a focused list of high-value accounts, working directly with Account Executives, SDRs, and sales leadership. Your mission is to create account experiences that feel specific, relevant, and difficult to ignore—turning account intelligence into coordinated plays across email, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, events, and executive outreach. Key responsibilities include: building custom 1:1 programs for highest-value accounts with personalized content and executive outreach; developing and scaling 1-to-many programs for account clusters by industry or use case; owning account selection, tiering, and target list refinement; mapping buying committees and organizational priorities; orchestrating multi-channel account plays with consistent messaging; partnering with sales on account planning and outbound sequences; leading recurring account interlocks to review engagement and buying signals; creating seller enablement assets (briefs, talk tracks, sequences); owning executive field programs (dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences); instrumenting and measuring the ABM motion end-to-end (engagement scoring, intent signals, seller alerts, pipeline creation, deal velocity); and testing and improving messaging, offers, and channels with clear scaling decisions. You'll leverage modern marketing technology and AI tools to deliver deeper personalization and faster execution than traditional ABM teams. Success is measured by building an ABM motion that sellers trust, use, and want more of. Required: 6+ years B2B marketing experience with 3+ years running true 1:1 and 1-to-many ABM programs against named target accounts, including Fortune 100 experience. Demonstrated expertise with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks) and personalization tools (Mutiny, Folloze). Strong track record partnering with enterprise sales teams on complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles. Fluency across the go-to-market stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement). Strong writing and content development skills. Analytical judgment connecting account engagement to pipeline outcomes. Active hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in day-to-day marketing work.
