6sense is seeking an ABM Programs Manager for Strategic Accounts to design and execute 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs that convert high-value target accounts into pipeline and revenue. This is an advanced individual contributor role requiring deep ABM expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to independently evaluate account and buying-committee insights, select appropriate program approaches, and coordinate execution across sales and marketing partners. You will not directly manage people but will coordinate cross-functional work on account-specific initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM plans for strategic accounts, including account selection, tiering, insight-driven strategy development, personalized asset planning, multi-channel orchestration, and measurement. You will plan and execute the full mix of 1:1 and 1:few tactics including direct mail, bespoke landing pages, personalized digital campaigns, and custom virtual events. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and critical influencers, translating intelligence into account-specific plans and messaging.
Responsibilities also include creating customized marketing content and messaging tailored to each account and channel (email, webinars, events, digital advertising), working in close collaboration with Account Executives and sales leadership as the primary marketing partner on strategic accounts, and building relationships where sales actively pulls you into account strategy. You will monitor and analyze ABM campaign effectiveness, provide actionable insights for optimization, manage budgets and resources across direct mail, events, syndication, and digital programs, and partner with marketing operations to define, track, and report success measures. You'll stay current on ABM tools, technologies, and trends to keep strategies ahead of the curve, with accountability for account-sourced pipeline volume and velocity, account engagement metrics, and win rates on targeted accounts.
