Innovaccer is building an AI-native, autonomous operations platform for healthcare and is seeking a Head of Thought Leadership to own the company's strategic narrative and positioning. This is a research-and-influence role focused on two levels: the company-wide healthcare autonomy narrative that defines Innovaccer's identity, and the category-level framework that unifies messaging across four solutions (Gravity, Atlas, Galaxy, and Flow).
The role does not involve direct people management. Instead, you will work as a strategic peer with four solution-level Heads of Marketing, earning alignment through superior research, competitive intelligence, and compelling category narratives rather than formal authority.
Key responsibilities include: owning the central healthcare autonomy narrative—the market argument for why $1.1T in human-dependent healthcare admin spend is shifting to autonomous software and why Innovaccer's architecture and autonomy maturity path (L1–L5) is credible; keeping that narrative current with proof points (workflow counts, model benchmarks, customer results) while maintaining stability; conducting deep research on analyst positioning (KLAS, Gartner, Forrester), competitive messaging, and market trends in healthcare AI; defining the category messaging framework that sits above all four solutions through collaboration with each Head of Marketing; working through dotted-line relationships to catch messaging drift and maintain alignment via influence rather than sign-off authority; ensuring consistent narrative across all channels (PR, LinkedIn, blog, website, internal communications) by partnering with PR, Content, and Analyst Relations; representing Innovaccer's category point of view externally through bylines, speaking opportunities, and analyst briefings; and running regular forums with all four Heads of Marketing to keep the framework current and escalate drift collaboratively.
You will be the best-informed point of view in the building, responsible for analyst research, competitive landscape tracking, and building category narratives compelling enough that senior peers choose to work within them.
