Innovaccer is seeking a Manager of Learning Partners to lead the Learning Partners function within Learning & Organizational Development. This is a player-coach role combining strategic leadership with hands-on advisory work.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Set direction, standards, and operating model for the Learning Partners practice. Guide and coach a team of Learning Partners to consistently high standards. Own the Learning Partners charter end-to-end, including annual learning strategy, OKRs, vendor ecosystem, learning budget, and governance/measurement frameworks.
Centers of Excellence: Lead the CoE initiative to build internal expert and facilitator communities that enable Innovaccer to teach and scale its own expertise across the organization.
Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic learning advisor to senior leaders. Run business cadences and leadership connects to align on capability priorities. Lead the annual Training Needs Identification process using performance-consulting techniques. Translate enterprise goals into a prioritized learning roadmap and personally own strategic accounts.
Program Ownership: Oversee design and facilitation of blended learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, coaching, on-the-job). Own flagship leadership, managerial, and behavioral programs. Source, evaluate, and manage external training partners and consultants. Own and steward the central learning budget.
Measurement & Impact: Define and measure success using structured evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick levels, ROI). Build learning dashboards and closure summaries. Partner with Learning Operations and Education Technology on platform fulfillment and reporting. Champion learning culture through recognition and storytelling.
Required Qualifications: 6-9 years in L&D, Organizational Development, or Talent Development, including team leadership or functional lead experience. Proven ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders through performance consulting. Track record designing and facilitating programs across leadership, functional, and behavioral domains. Strong program and project management skills managing portfolios across multiple stakeholders.
