The company is building domestic rare earth metals production capabilities and seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to drive this mission. In this role, you will own critical manufacturing challenges across the organization. Your responsibilities include translating developing metallurgical processes into production-ready systems, defining equipment architecture, and optimizing process capability, throughput, reliability, and cost.
