Snyk is seeking a Technical Success Manager to own technical outcomes and adoption across a large portfolio of customers in the developer security space. You will lead one-to-many engagements including technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars that build a strong, self-sufficient user community. The role focuses on scaled programs and digital enablement rather than one-to-one coverage. Key responsibilities include: running scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes; analyzing customer usage data to uncover trends and trigger targeted outreach; driving scalable adoption programs that help customers achieve their first security wins and progress toward mature DevSecOps practices; creating and curating tutorials, guides, and videos for self-service success; synthesizing customer feedback into themes that influence product roadmap decisions; partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Education; coaching customers on embedding SAST, SCA, secrets, container, and IaC scanning into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines; and helping customers navigate securing AI-generated code and AI-assisted development. You will measure program effectiveness through engagement and outcome metrics, then optimize based on what drives adoption. The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services. You should have a scalable mindset with proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs like webinars, email campaigns, and workshops. Working knowledge of developer tools (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code) and understanding of how code moves from commit to production is essential. Strong grasp of Application Security concepts (SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM) and DevSecOps tooling is required. Technical curiosity about AI, developer workflows, and Application Security, plus working fluency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Gemini, is important. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with credibility across developers, security leads, and executives, are critical. Nice-to-haves include developer background, hands-on AppSec program experience, scripting skills, and relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+).
