CureSkin is seeking a creative, performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video advertisements. This is a performance marketing role, not traditional brand marketing. You will own the complete creative process from identifying customer insights and writing scripts to producing ads, collaborating with creators and editors, and optimizing based on performance data.
Key responsibilities include: identifying customer insights that translate into high-performing ad concepts; writing short-form video scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other performance channels; developing compelling hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds; taking full ownership of ads from concept through final delivery; collaborating closely with video editors to produce multiple ad variations; reviewing edits and providing performance-focused feedback; and maintaining a pipeline of new creative experiments.
You should have 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or similar roles. Required qualifications include a strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing, proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts, and experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms.
Bonus experience includes work with D2C or consumer internet brands, health/wellness/beauty/personal care sectors, subscription businesses, mobile app growth, or UGC and creator-led advertising.
