SentiLink is a Series B fintech company providing identity verification and risk solutions. They've built real-time APIs that have verified hundreds of millions of identities and are backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Craft Ventures. The company has been recognized by Forbes (Fintech 50), TechCrunch, CNBC, and Bloomberg, and testified before the US House of Representatives on identity verification.
This remote, US-based role focuses on creating the content engine that drives demand generation campaigns. You will own the full campaign content kit—translating core messaging into audience-specific copy across multiple formats and buyer segments. Responsibilities include:
- Execute derivative content for every campaign end-to-end: landing pages, email sequences, ad copy, benchmark briefs, webinar abstracts, one-pagers, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, and more
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to adapt messaging for different verticals, buyer roles, and funnel stages
- Manage event content strategy across industry conferences and SentiLink's user conference, including pre-show outreach, registration copy, session promotion, and post-event nurture
- Own the social editorial calendar, publishing cadence, creative direction, and copy; implement new video strategies
- Build and maintain the partner proof library: case studies, reference stories, quote database, and win narratives
- Develop campaign video content for YouTube with a test-and-refine approach
- Execute AEO and SEO work across demand gen properties
- Measure impact against conversion, engaged accounts, pipeline sourcing, and other KPIs
You'll need 5+ years of marketing content writing, with the majority in demand generation or growth-focused roles. Strong experience writing for technical B2B audiences in regulated spaces (fintech, financial services, risk, payments, security) is essential. You should be comfortable managing concurrent campaigns with shifting priorities, turning SME input into compelling copy, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Experience with fraud, identity, credit risk, trust and safety, or lending is preferred. You must be comfortable using AI as a support tool rather than a primary writing source and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
