GitLab is seeking a Talent Brand Manager to shape the employer value proposition and candidate experience. This role bridges talent brand strategy and execution, translating GitLab's culture and values into compelling narratives that attract and engage prospective team members. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated talent brand campaigns across careers content, social media, employer review platforms, and recruiter channels. You'll create authentic stories featuring team members, leaders, and culture that highlight career growth and impact at GitLab. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, you'll develop targeted content supporting hiring priorities, pipeline generation, and candidate conversion. You'll enhance candidate journey touchpoints by ensuring transparent, consistent, and relevant information throughout the hiring process. Using content performance metrics, candidate feedback, and funnel analytics, you'll continuously improve campaign effectiveness and communicate impact to stakeholders. The role requires managing projects and external partners while optimizing talent brand processes through thoughtful use of technology and AI tools. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all content is accurate, inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with GitLab's voice and values. This position suits professionals with background in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, or communications who can move fluidly between strategic planning and detailed execution in an asynchronous, distributed environment. Required experience includes translating brand or employer value propositions into content and campaigns, strong storytelling and editorial judgment across multiple channels, campaign planning with multiple stakeholders, and comfort using performance data to drive improvements. You'll influence across functions, work with senior stakeholders and external partners, and manage ambiguity while prioritizing competing priorities.
