CureSkin is seeking a Writer & Producer to own the strategy, content, and production of in-app videos across the user journey. This is a hands-on role for someone proactive and self-directed who identifies gaps and asks how video can solve user problems or improve conversion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze the user journey to identify friction points, drop-off moments, and opportunities where video can improve conversion, product understanding, user engagement, treatment adherence, trust, and key action completion.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Doctors, and Customer Experience teams to surface user problems that video can address.
• Own the full production lifecycle: from ideation and scriptwriting through final delivery. Write clear, engaging scripts for instructional, educational, product usage, treatment guidance, explainer, and conversion-focused videos.
• Coordinate with doctors, creators, videographers, editors, designers, and other stakeholders. Manage shoots, review edits, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery in correct app formats.
Required qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in content production, video production, scriptwriting, creative production, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience creating educational, instructional, explainer, product, or digital content.
• Ability to map user journeys and identify communication gaps.
• Experience managing end-to-end video production.
