As Workplace & Onboarding Specialist, you will be the operational lead for the Paris headquarters and onboarding function, managing the day-to-day experience for 50–90 new hires monthly while ensuring a high-performing, welcoming office environment. Key responsibilities: **Office & Workplace (30%):** Autonomously manage Paris HQ operations, maintain a performant and welcoming workspace, oversee external vendor relationships and service quality, and contribute to future office strategy. **Health, Safety & Social Dialogue (30%):** Sit on the SSCT (health & safety committee), collaborate closely with the CSE (works council) as internal lead for risk assessment (DUERP), action plans (Papripact), and occupational health initiatives. **Onboarding & Integration (20%):** Design and deliver a clear, fluid, personalized onboarding experience for each cohort of new arrivals; continuously optimize logistics and processes to achieve ≥90% satisfaction in first 30 days. **International Hubs, Social RSE & Cross-functional Projects (20%):** Audit co-working spaces outside HQ, drive social and inclusion initiatives (ED&I, accessibility, quality of work-life), and modernize operations through digitalization and AI tools. You will report to the People Experience team and work autonomously to solve complex operational challenges, propose data-driven improvements, and maintain KPIs around onboarding satisfaction, HQ satisfaction, operational reliability, and process efficiency. Required: 3–5 years in workplace management, office management, HR coordination, or logistics/events in a structured, dynamic environment. Professional English (B2/C1) to collaborate with international teams. Strong project management, process optimization, and digital/AI tool proficiency.
