As Workplace Experience Manager for the NYC office, you will own day-to-day operations and in-office experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for facilities, vendors, and employees. This role combines workplace operations, employee experience, and event execution. Key responsibilities include: - Manage daily office operations: facilities issues, repairs, maintenance, access control, and vendor coordination - Plan and execute in-office events, recurring programs, team gatherings, and culture moments - Oversee food and beverage program including vendor management, menus, inventory, and service quality - Coordinate vendors across cleaning, maintenance, food service, office supplies, and event support - Track and resolve workplace requests and ServiceNow tickets with timely follow-up - Maintain documentation for operations, events, and vendor services - Manage seating assignments and occupancy reporting for efficient space usage - Handle mail and package distribution - Coordinate onboarding logistics and new hire welcomes - Support budget tracking for operations and events - Identify opportunities to improve office experience while maintaining safety and consistency Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or event execution. Proven experience planning and executing in-office events. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ServiceNow, Slack, Canva, Notion, and Workday. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Vendor and budget management experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Self-starter with problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
