As Workplace Manager, you will lead office operations and deliver a consistent, welcoming workplace experience at Legora's Union Square office in New York. This is a hands-on role focused on practical problem-solving and strong service delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the Workplace team on facilities, budget, safety, and security with potential to expand into a regional role across multiple locations - Create positive employee experience through high-quality workplace support and partner with local site leadership - Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery - Coordinate office-wide events, celebrations, and local traditions in partnership with the global Workplace team - Partner with People Ops and IT to support onboarding and ongoing operational support - Manage vendor and landlord relationships including contracts, purchase orders, and renewals - Support workplace budget tracking and align food programs with attendance - Provide reception support when needed, greeting visitors and ensuring compliance with Guest Policy You bring 6+ years of experience in workplace, office operations, facilities, hospitality, or service operations. You are highly organized, approachable, professional, and service-oriented. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and thrive in fast-growing environments where plans change quickly. You are proficient in Google Workspace and calendar/meeting tools.
