Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

Redis is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to serve as the operational and cultural heartbeat of its Austin, TX office. This role combines employee experience management with office operations, requiring full-time in-office presence (5 days/week). Employee Experience Responsibilities: - Own the complete onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success - Build and manage the yearly recreation budget across all locations - Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives with the HR team - Administer employee exits and provide insights to the HRBP team - Manage events for both onsite and remote employees - Partner with the Global Employee Experience team to develop wellbeing strategies aligned with business needs - Support local employee relations, engagement, and HR business partnership matters - Manage community involvement and volunteer activities with local office leaders Office Management Responsibilities: - Prepare and organize travel plans and arrangements for employees - Implement company events of all sizes - Support remote employees with administrative needs - Maintain office and kitchen supplies; coordinate refreshments for office and meetings - Serve as primary point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and office budget management - Manage relationships with facilities service providers and landlords - Handle seating plans, furniture, and equipment procurement; manage logistics for meetings and conference rooms - Own vendor relationships and process optimization, including vendor transitions and negotiations Redis is a high-growth, venture-backed company whose technology powers fast applications worldwide, serving 10,000+ customers globally. Requirements: - 3+ years managing employee engagement activities at a global high-tech company - Experience leading and organizing an office or workplace - Vendor management experience - Positive, proactive attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Desirable: - Comfort working within tight timelines and shifting priorities - Strong problem-solving instincts - Success working independently and with remote teams - Love of learning new things
