Cloudflare's Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to serve as a technical point of contact for system integration projects. You will design, build, test, and support internal and external Workday integrations, working on initiatives involving Workday, Dell Boomi, and other enterprise systems.
The role requires proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM systems and experience supporting functional business area owners within People Teams. Key responsibilities include integrating Workday HCM with third-party global payroll and benefit providers, configuring security and business processes, and developing custom reports using BIRT.
You will work with technologies including Workday, Dell Boomi, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Unix/Linux tools. The team focuses on building reliable, fault-tolerant systems that operate at Cloudflare's scale.
Required experience includes 6+ years of software development, 4+ years developing Workday inbound/outbound integrations, 4+ years with Workday custom reports and dashboards, 4+ years with Workday EIBs and Core Connectors, 4+ years with Workday Studio, 4+ years developing XML/XSD/XSLT transformations, and 2+ years with Workday OX. Knowledge of XML and XSLT are essential as primary development skills for SOAP and REST-based web services. Java, MVEL, NodeJS, Python, Linux, and AWS are secondary technical skills. Experience monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems is required, along with familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
