The People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives within the HR technology stack.
In this role, you will own end-to-end project delivery, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring solutions are adopted by users. While Workday is the core platform, you'll work across the entire People Technology stack, including Talent Acquisition systems like Greenhouse and other HR tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders (HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance) to map processes, translate needs into testable technical requirements, and document them precisely
- Project Leadership: Run the complete lifecycle from planning through closure, managing scope, timeline, and quality
- Technology Partnership: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups
- Testing and Documentation: Build test scripts with requirements traceability and produce user guides supporting adoption
- Stakeholder Communication: Deliver status updates and launch communications keeping teams aligned
- Systems Support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the People Technology stack
You bring 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent. You excel at written communication with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, user-centric documentation. You are proficient in Workday as a heavy user, with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Plus experience with other HR systems (Greenhouse, TA technology) and Workday configuration is valued.
