Innovaccer seeks an experienced Data Operations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data integration, analytics support, and operational excellence for multiple healthcare clients focused on value-based care models. This is a hands-on management role requiring both technical depth and people leadership.
You will oversee a portfolio of $9–10M+ CARR, managing customer delivery across BAU operations, platform upgrades, migrations, and complex issue resolution. Key responsibilities include driving automation initiatives to reduce manual work, optimizing cloud resource utilization and costs, and ensuring SLA compliance with zero data quality issues. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, database, and analytics teams to resolve business-critical issues with minimal disruption.
On the people side, you'll manage resource planning, project estimations, and team allocation across multiple customer accounts. You'll provide team leadership, mentoring, and performance management; identify skill gaps; conduct customer status meetings independently; and foster a culture of learning and accountability. You'll also track performance against OKRs, manage customer satisfaction (CSAT), and identify upsell opportunities.
The role demands strong technical expertise: 10+ years in data integration/analytics support with 3+ years in a managerial role. Required skills include advanced SQL, ETL, Python, BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), ITIL fundamentals, and cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP). You must have deep expertise in US healthcare data, value-based care models, regulatory requirements, and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12). Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and multi-million-dollar portfolio management experience are essential.
