You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions (CNMs, WHNPs, and other APPs) across Diana's multi-state practices. This is a full-time role on a small, collaborative recruiting team where your work directly impacts patient care and clinical operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruiting for APP roles: sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM, and specialty platforms; generating referrals
- Resume review and personalized outreach to prospective candidates
- Conducting in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for specific site needs
- Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and hiring managers
- Building and nurturing candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Maintaining proactive, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Escalating questions or concerns to leadership as appropriate
- Delivering routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
- Excellent communication skills
Strongly preferred:
- Experience recruiting CNMs and WHNPs
- Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks
