OneLocal is a digital marketing platform that handles the complete online presence for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), combining automated software with dedicated strategy expertise. The company is fully remote with a primarily Eastern time zone focus. You will join as a Website & Creative Specialist, serving as a bridge between technical CMS execution, visual design, and light multimedia creation. Your day-to-day work involves managing client websites on the Duda CMS platform, building and updating pages, configuring widgets and forms, and ensuring sites are fully functional and mobile-responsive. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining websites on Duda CMS, completing edits, page builds, and layout updates efficiently - Configuring CMS widgets, setting up forms and buttons, embedding third-party code, and performing QA on mobile responsiveness and navigation - Creating clean, cohesive visual assets in Figma or Canva that align with client branding - Light video editing and trimming using CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere for website and digital placements - Performing quality assurance across client sites to ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and brand alignment on mobile and desktop - Managing task queues and hand-offs in Jira, communicating progress and blockers clearly You should be tech-savvy and naturally curious, comfortable with modern workflows including AI tools. You'll work independently to solve problems and deliver polished results while collaborating with internal leads to clear client support queues. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on CMS experience (Duda preferred; WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace experience is transferable), strong grasp of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, UX, mobile responsiveness), proficiency in design tools like Figma or Canva, and basic video editing capability. You should be comfortable with asynchronous workflows and ticket-based task management.
