As a Website Content Specialist, you will own the creation and optimization of web pages that showcase Formlabs' 3D printing capabilities, drive organic traffic, and convert visitors into customers. This is a hands-on role combining content management, technical web operations, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize web pages and templates in a custom Django CMS
- Collaborate with product, creative, and web teams to deliver high-quality content across the global website
- Manage localized content, publishing English and translated pages, assets, and landing pages
- Perform QA on web content to ensure pages function as intended
- Project-manage web initiatives and deliver them on time and to high standards
- Document processes and train colleagues on page building, blog publishing, and web app usage
- Use analytics and A/B testing to improve page performance and conversion rates
- Build, localize, and QA email campaigns in Klaviyo
The role is hybrid based in Budapest with catered lunches 3 days per week, private health insurance, public transportation support, company equity, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, content, SEO, or growth roles
- Hands-on experience building and managing websites in a CMS
- Excellent written English; other languages are a plus
- Understanding of content and SEO best practices with appetite to learn and experiment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong planning skills in fast-moving environments
- Analytical, proactive, and goal-driven; comfortable working independently and across teams
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube Studio, Screaming Frog, or Klaviyo
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Strong writing skills
- Figma, photo, or video production experience
- Familiarity with 3D printing
