- Managing the day-to-day HubSpot operations across forms, email, workflows, segments, custom objects, and reporting
You'll get a front-row seat to how an entire marketing and revenue function operates, from first lead through renewal. The role offers hybrid flexibility with the option to work remotely for up to 90 days per year, plus a £500 remote working budget.
Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced parental leave (16 weeks fully paid), private health insurance via Bupa, mental health support through Spill, life assurance at 4x salary, a cycle-to-work scheme, and a £1,000 annual L&D budget.
Requirements:

- Solid understanding of B2B marketing channels and how they connect to the CRM and wider marketing technology stack
- Strong attention to process and detail; ability to identify inefficiencies and improve them
- Clear communication and documentation skills; ability to translate business requirements into clear recommendations
- Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow, using them to move faster and think better while knowing when not to trust them
Bonus qualifications: marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, hands-on experience with tools like Dreamdata, Zapier, Intercom, or Notion, or basic understanding of how APIs move data between systems.
