Blinq is a rapidly growing digital business card and professional relationship intelligence platform, processing over 50 million new relationships annually. The company has raised $45M+ from top-tier investors including Blackbird, Touring Capital, HubSpot Ventures, and Square Peg, and is expanding across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York.
The Marketing team at Blinq drives awareness, demand, and growth across the entire customer journey—from go-to-market launches and lifecycle campaigns to performance marketing, partnerships, and community building. You'll be responsible for connecting Blinq's story to the right audiences at the right time, turning insights into measurable impact and building scalable growth engines.
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other marketing functions to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver measurable ROI. This is a leadership role where you'll shape the performance marketing function as Blinq scales.
The company operates on a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and flexibility for remote work. Blinq is at an inflection point—large enough to have significant momentum but small enough for individual contributors to meaningfully shape the company's trajectory.
Compensation includes competitive salary, equity with genuine upside participation, at least 20 days of paid time off annually with flexible policy beyond that, and perks including daily breakfast/lunch at offices and stocked snack bars.
Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting. However, the role implies experience in performance marketing strategy, campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
