Salary: USD 119,000 - 159,000 / annual
As Lead of Web Content Engineering & AI Visibility on Datadog's Web Experience team, you will own the strategy and execution of how the company uses its content management system (CMS), builds and maintains pages across datadoghq.com, and improves technical SEO and AI discoverability to help those pages get found and cited by search engines and AI answer engines.
You will partner across Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams to transform content into effective web experiences and bring discoverability insights into planning and prioritization. You will also leverage AI, agents, and automation to shorten the path from recommendation to published page and make reporting and insights more accessible to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining product, pricing, solutions, careers, about, and other pages across Datadog's web properties, partnering with Engineering to support CMS templates, components, permissions, and workflows
- Partnering with Content, Product Marketing, and UX to prioritize web work, structure content for the web, and ensure requests have appropriate scope and lead time for high-quality execution
- Owning technical SEO and AI discoverability across Datadog's web properties, including structured data, heading structure, internal linking, metadata, crawlability, and how AI answer engines interpret and cite pages
- Establishing consistent structural standards across owned web properties and monitoring site health to identify and address issues
- Using AI, agents, and automation to streamline the path from recommendation to published experience and deliver dashboards and insights with less manual effort

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced building and maintaining web pages in a modern CMS such as DatoCMS, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platform
- Strong in technical SEO and AI discoverability fundamentals, including structured data, headings, internal linking, crawlability, and how AI answer engines interpret web content
- Comfortable using platforms such as Conductor, Profound, or similar tools to measure discoverability and inform web decisions
- Able to take content created for other formats and structure it into clear, effective web experiences
- Experienced using AI, agents, automation, or reusable workflows to reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency
- Organized across requests from multiple teams and able to plan and prioritize work while maintaining quality
