Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management companies, powering mission-critical processes like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings. The company is scaling rapidly with strong enterprise demand and expanding product capabilities.
You will own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, product launches, and voice-of-customer initiatives. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and the opportunity to build and lead a team as Feathery grows.
Key responsibilities include:
**Go-to-Market & Positioning:** Define and evolve core messaging and value propositions for insurance and wealth management audiences. Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches, from narrative development through execution. Translate complex product capabilities into compelling messaging for enterprise buyers. Partner with Product and Marketing teams to bring new capabilities to market.
**Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence:** Develop customer-centric collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product pages. Build enablement programs that help Sales and Customer Success win competitive deals and expand accounts. Analyze competitors, market trends, and buyer insights to strengthen differentiation. Keep internal teams aligned on product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities.
**Customer & Market Insights:** Champion customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and identify opportunities. Develop customer stories and case studies demonstrating impact. Partner with Product to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights and field feedback. Identify emerging customer needs and use cases across insurance and wealth management.
You'll work in an AI-native marketing organization, shaping how marketing evolves in the AI era. The role includes creating engaging launch content (video and written) and building a high-performing team.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including ownership of product launches and go-to-market programs
- Proven track record positioning technical or workflow automation products for enterprise customers
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex technology into compelling narratives
- Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Deep curiosity about customers and how they evaluate and buy technology
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated industries
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, or data platforms
- Experience with AI-powered products
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
