Finary is an AI-powered investment platform that has crossed 1 million users and recently secured dual regulatory licenses (MiCA and Investment Firm) in France. The company is backed by Y Combinator, Hedosophia, and Speedinvest, with €40M in funding and €100M+ in assets under management through its Finary One private wealth division. You will join the Finary One team, which serves entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families with consolidated wealth management, personal advisory support, and access to premium investment vehicles including Luxembourg life insurance and structured products. The operation system powering this business is live and actively used by advisors to design allocations, generate client decks, run projections, and track custodian values—but it's being rapidly expanded and you'll be central to that evolution. Your role is to build the operational infrastructure that scales the advisor function. This is not a traditional ops role where you inherit a static system; you're designing and shipping tools in real time. You'll spend roughly 70% of your time building: reading data at the source, closing reconciliations, writing automation rules, and designing systems that operate without manual intervention. The remaining 30% is frontline work—handling real client files and partner calls—not to gather specs, but to feel the friction you're supposed to eliminate. When frontline work creeps above 30%, it signals the tools aren't working. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end client experience, translating business problems into technical solutions, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and partners, and ensuring operational excellence at every touchpoint. You'll work closely with advisors to understand their workflows deeply, then design tools that don't just save clicks but fundamentally change what they're capable of. Finary's culture emphasizes AI fluency as a core competency—not a buzzword. Everyone rebuilds their workflows around AI as a first reflex. The company values ownership, direct communication, radical candor, and shipping fast. You'll work in a hybrid setup with teammates across France and Europe, meeting in Paris six times per year.
